Shipping Policy

At Ta Jewelers, we are committed to ensuring your order is handled with care and delivered securely.

Processing Time

All pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production before your item is shipped.

Shipping Method

We ship via FedEx 2-Day Shipping with adult signature confirmation required upon delivery. This is to ensure the security of high-value items.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. International orders will vary. 

ID Verification

For high-value orders, we may require photo identification verification via email before shipment to prevent fraud.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship both within the U.S. and internationally.
Please note: international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.

If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be contacted directly after placing your order.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped. You may follow the status via the carrier's tracking page.

Delivery Issues

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [Insert Customer Service Email]. We will investigate the issue and assist in filing any necessary claims with the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Please read carefully before placing an order.

All orders placed through our website are considered custom orders. Each item is made as requested and may take several days to several weeks to complete. As such, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or changed minds.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Returns may be accepted for store credit or exchange only, within 10 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.

  • Items must be returned in salable condition and approved for return beforehand.

  • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, reconditioning fees, and restocking fees, if applicable.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

    • Engraved items

    • Custom-made rings

    • Any item marked final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours. You will need to return the item at your own expense for inspection. If deemed defective, we will meet our obligations under applicable consumer protection laws.

Engraved & Personalized Jewelry

Please allow an additional 2–3 days for engraved pieces.
Engraved items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

To return an eligible item:

  1. Place the item in its original packaging.

You are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label. Please allow 2–3 weeks from the shipped date for your return to be processed. If approved, you will be refunded accordingly through the same payment method made. 

In-Store Returns

Returns and exchanges may also be made in-store. Please bring your original invoice. All terms of our return policy still apply.
