All orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day service, fully insured, with adult signature confirmation required upon delivery. This means a signature from an adult (18 years or older) must be provided to complete the delivery.

For orders exceeding $2,000, we require the package to be picked up at a FedEx facility to verify the recipient's identity. The address of the FedEx facility will be emailed to you once your order is ready for shipment.
