The Lucky “Fu” with a Fluted Bezel Ring centers the character 福 — fú, meaning fortune, blessing and good luck. It is the character pasted on doorways at Lunar New Year, often hung upside down so that fortune “arrives.” Here it sits raised on a softly frosted field, framed by a fluted bezel whose fine ridges throw light in every direction.

The fluting is a deliberate nod to fine watchmaking, and it does the same work here: a precise, machined edge that sharpens the whole face and separates the character from the band. Around the shoulders, a crosshatched lattice runs the full width, giving the ring texture and grip in the hand.

If you’re unable to visit a showroom, solid-gold and diamond jewelry without delicate or porous stones can be cleaned in a small bath of warm water with a few drops of Dawn dish soap. Gently agitate the piece to loosen oils and dirt, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not soak watches, pearls, opals, emeralds, or jewelry with glued or treated stones; contact us for care guidance.
