Saint Jude Thaddeus, patron of lost causes, on a hand-knotted red cord.

The Saint Jude ID Bracelet on Red String centres on an elongated octagonal plaque with clipped corners. The saint stands in full relief at the centre — staff in one hand, the medallion of Christ held against his chest, the flame above his head — worked in a soft satin finish so the folds of the robe and the features of the face stay readable at wrist size.

Behind him the field is diamond-cut into a rayed halo that runs edge to edge, finished in contrasting metal so the figure reads bright against it. A polished frame with a fine cut border closes the plate on all eight sides.

The plaque hangs between two runs of hand-knotted cord in deep red, finished with a sliding adjuster and knotted tails so one bracelet fits any wrist. The cord is a devotional convention in its own right — worn for protection, and traditionally not taken off.

Because the cord is adjustable, the gold weight is the same at every listed length; the length option simply sets how much cord is knotted.

If you’re unable to visit a showroom, solid-gold and diamond jewelry without delicate or porous stones can be cleaned in a small bath of warm water with a few drops of Dawn dish soap. Gently agitate the piece to loosen oils and dirt, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not soak watches, pearls, opals, emeralds, or jewelry with glued or treated stones; contact us for care guidance.
